Sparkling faceted amethysts and dark amethyst nuggets set off this lovely Burro Creek cabochon, cut by Rain Silverhawk. I wrapped it in copper wire, and made a copper clasp as well. Be the only person in the world to own this one-of-a-kind beauty. 18.5" long. The cabochon is 2" from top to tip, and 1-3/8" across the curved top, so it has plenty of presence.

This beautiful puma is hand-carved from a tagua nut (a renewable resource), and hand-painted by the carver, who has signed it on the reverse. The detail in this carving is lovely. There even are carved marks suggesting fur on his body. The gemstones in the necklace perfectly pick up and complement the colors of the puma and the branch he's perched on. The large tiger iron jasper beads have soft, wave-shaped facets. Between them are golden-yellow ambronite and deep brown mahogany obsidian round beads. The strand ends in 14k gold-filled beads and a lobster clasp. 19-3/4" long. The puma bead is approximately 2-1/2" long by 1-3/4" at its widest point.

Picasso marble and black horn beads comprise this 20" necklace with a 3" gold chain extender. The chain and handmade clasp are 14k gold-filled. Picasso marble has a lovely translucence, and the patterns
on each bead differ. The black horn beads are square, with rounded corners and textured sides. The unusual beads used, and the relatively large size of the Picasso marble beads make this a necklace with presence.

This necklace is perfect for the person who likes to make a dramatic fashion statement.
I created the bold pendant on this sterling silver handcrafted neck ring by sawing the shape from a sheet of sterling silver. I then filed the edges smooth and added shape and texture by forming it with a goldsmith's hammer, and then added the curl of copper wire to set it apart from the ordinary.

Twice as nice, with turquoise cones and round beads, each separated by a tiny sterling silver bead. The pendant has a handmade bail and simple flourish in sterling silver. Turquoise coordinates with every color in the rainbow, and, when used as a healing crystal, is said to help to calm painful areas and restore the natural flow of energy in the painful area.

The lovely faceted labradorite gemstone on this pendant has a lot of color flash - hard to find on reasonably priced labradorite. I paired it with sterling silver that I sawed by hand from a sheet of silver. I filed the edges smooth, and textured it to give it a slightly concave shape for the gemstone to nestle in, and to give it sparkle of its own. The entire pendant was then suspended from a cable neck wire, using a v-slider. The neck wire has a friction clasp.
